MYSON warrants your Towel Warmer for a Full Five Years against the following manufacturing defects:

  1. MYSON warrants the plated or painted finish of your Towel Warmer from manufacturing defects for five years from the date of installation. This means your Towel Warmer finish will not crack, split, peel or flake from the surface of the rails.
  2. MYSON warrants the brazed connections and the tubing of your Towel Warmer to be free from leaks for five full years from the date of installation.
  3. MYSON warrants your electric Towel Warmer element to heat properly for five years from date of installation.
We are extremely proud of the quality of our Towel Warmers and each piece has been inspected several times prior to its shipment to you to make sure that you receive the very best. There are a few things within reason that are not within the control of our manufacturing processes and are not considered manufacturing defects:
  1. Every square inch of your Towel Warmer is hand-wrapped in special soft crepe-type wrapping paper to protect the finish. Then, MYSON double boxes every Towel Warmer to guarantee its safe arrival to your home. We do not warrant your Towel Warmer for handling damage once it is removed from our packaging.
  2. MYSON does not warrant the finish on your Towel Warmer if you use abrasive cleaners or chlorine-based cleaners. Use of these cleaners will damage the finish beyond repair.
  3. MYSON does not warrant your Towel Warmer from damage due to freezing temperatures within your home.
  4. MYSON does not warrant your Towel Warmer from damage due to improper installation such as over-tightening water connections on hydronic Towel Warmers or the improper wiring of electric Towel Warmers.
We wish you years of satisfaction and comfort from your Myson Towel Warmer. MYSON will repair or replace at our discretion any product which fails under these categories. We do not accept liability for any labor cost involved. Should a problem occur, please do not hesitate to contact us.
