Terms and Conditions

Pricing - Pricing and product specifications are subject to change without notice. All orders will be invoiced at prices prevailing at the time of order.

Freight - Customer assumes responsibility for all freight and duty charges, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Damages / Shortages - If there is visible damage to the box, claims against breakage and/or shortage must be made at the time of receipt against the carrier. Concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise to point of shipment. Shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.

Terms of Payment - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or Check in advance.

Taxes - All Federal, State or Local Taxes, when applicable, will be added.

Return Goods - We will happily refund the purchase price and applicable sales tax, within 15 days of purchase, of merchandise that does not satisfy you. Please contact Faucets Plus to receive a Returns Good Authorization (RGA#) Freight and/or Handling charges will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error. Special order items may be subject to a restocking charge.

Warranty and Disclaimer - All warranties, expressed or implied, on the product sold are made by the manufacturer. Faucets Plus offers no warranty on any type of item or product it sells. Faucets Plus will not be responsible for, nor allow claims for, consequential damages, labor, repair, lost time or costs of any kind, incident or related to warranty problems or difficulties.
